We met with this celebrated Malaysian developer to discuss the write-up for their high-end, large-scale housing development project. We were entrusted with the task of writing the content and website copy of all their promotional materials such as brochures.
We would give experienced propositions, based on the market positioning and other key aspects of the new real estate project, to ensure that it was a sell-out.
Although the existing property market was not that promising, the collaborative efforts of all parties involved paid great dividends. When the new housing project was launched, 90% was sold in just 23 days!
