Two Developers’ Corporate Profiles

Multiplex Property Group is a renowned housing development conglomerate in Negeri Sembilan, with two developers, namely Multiplex Development Sdn. Bhd. and Berjasa Century Construction Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. under the group umbrella.

Over the years, both housing development companies have aggressively developed single and double-storey terraced houses, semi-detached houses, villas, light industrial factories etc., launching on average a brand new development project each year.

We were honored to be commissioned to write a corporate profile for both companies in three languages, i.e. Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

The key copywriting task is to convey to consumers why the houses developed by the group are worth buying. Consumers buy not only houses, but also many added values and so much more.

The content of each corporate profile includes:

• The branding and market positioning of the group;
• The style and unique characteristics of the properties developed by the group;
• The group’s philosophy and viewpoints on the creation of a high-quality living environment;
• The unique differences of their houses in the market;
• How to achieve word of mouth among consumers through premium design and architecture;
• 8 unique selling points of their development projects etc.

To a developer with a lofty concept on living environment, consumers do not only buy ice-cold houses made of reinforced concrete, but also an appealing, high-quality environment that boasts of a variety of mixed factors that make warm homes.
