F&B Business Proposal

A well-established Malaysian F&B group wished to bring in the fine-dining brand of a top F&B corporation in China, with the intention of becoming the latter’s exclusive licensee and set up the branded fine diners in tier one shopping malls throughout Malaysia.

The project was set in motion in two stages, the first stage of which involved writing a proposal to introduce the licensee’s company background, existing businesses etc. Company strengths and the strong confidence to run the branded fine diners in Malaysia were elaborated in detail.  

After many rounds of negotiations between the licensee and the licensor, the second stage was to write a specific business plan based on the legal agreement and memorandum drawn up by both parties. The business plan was submitted to several potential investors in Malaysia, apart from the Chinese licensor.

Writing proposals and business plans represents one of our core businesses. We have written proposals and business plans for a lot of enterprises, involving automobile dealerships, food cooperation projects, agricultural development projects, brand agency distribution rights etc. 

This type of copywriting project often involves internal trade secrets. Restricted by confidentiality agreements, it is rather inconvenient for us to disclose too much information, which is rarely shared.
