KT MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD is a well-known property management company in Malaysia. Currently, they handle more than 2000 rooms in real estate properties with a 99% renewal rate for entrusted management!
We were commissioned to produce the company’s corporate profile (bilingual in English and Chinese). The target audience of the profile is real estate owners, and our objective is to make the owners feel at ease to entrust the company to manage their properties for the long term.
What type of information might encourage the owner to extend the agreement every year, how does the company profile benefits the owner, and how does the owner believe that KT MANAGEMENT is more dependable and professional than other property management companies, making it the owner’s first choice? The answers can be found in the corporate profile.
